Beyond Repair?
In the rare instance that your jewellery is beyond repair, we can recreate your favourite piece for you with our custom remake service.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
We offer a complimentary annual ultrasonic clean and inspection service for all our custom made jewellery and signature designs.
Annual inspections are required to ensure gemstone settings are secure.
FINANCE
Ask in store about our lay-by and interest free payment plans available to approved applicants.

Our Warranty
We proudly offer a lifetime guarantee on our custom made jewellery and signature designs on workmanship subject to inspections every 6 months.
Lost, damaged or chipped diamonds and stones are not covered under our warranty and if the piece is noticeably bent, damaged or showing signs of improper care upon inspection, we can repair the piece at a cost.
For the very unlikely event of any stones falling out or becoming damaged, personal insurance is highly recommended.
Please note, our warranties are void if you take your piece to another jeweller for resizing or repair work. We do not take responsibility for work carried out by other jewellers.
We always recommend the purchase of an independent insurance for your precious jewellery. This will cover anything outside of our warranty and protect you for circumstances out of your control, such as theft.
